Kelly
Orthodontic Technician
As an orthodontic technician at our practice, I assist Dr. Korch by making sure our equipment is in top-notch shape and by creating our patients’ retainers and other orthodontic appliances. Everyone at Korch Orthodontics is so committed to bringing our patients amazing smiles that it makes coming to work every day an absolute joy.
I have a wonderful husband, Bryan, a son, Logan, born in October of 2011 and a furry friend Leia. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out and shopping. I have been working in Orthodontics for 5 years.

Orthodontic Technician
I am one of Korch Orthodontics’ orthodontic technicians so I help to create the appliances that give our patients the smiles that they deserve. I have been a technician for 33 years. I love working for Dr. Korch because she is so good about staying up on the latest technologies used in orthodontics, and I enjoy learning new things that help me do the best at my job. My favorite part about my job is meeting and building relationships with all the unique people who come to us for treatment.
My husband, Bob, and I have two children, Jeff and Jen, who have given us four adorable grandchildren named Emily, Hannah, Cole, and Lucas. We also have a cat at home named Boots. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy gardening, traveling, decorating, and entertaining my friends. But most of all, I love spending time with my family and friends.

Orthodontic Technician
I have 18 years of experience working in orthodontics, and I have been a certified orthodontic technician since 1998. I love being at Korch Orthodontics because I really enjoy working directly with patients to help them get the treatment they need and deserve. I also take X-rays and work in the lab. It is great to be able to come to work every day and be a part of a committed and friendly staff that really loves our patients.
At home, Jim, my husband, and I have three children, Gene, Beverly, and Dan. I also have two stepchildren, Matt and Grace. My children have given me six wonderful grandchildren. In my leisure time, I love to go to the movies, roller blade, hike, and take walks and golf with my husband.

Orthodontic Technician
I love being one of Dr. Korch’s orthodontic technicians because she is always teaching me new ways to be better at my job. Seeing our patients walk away from our office with big smiles on their faces is so rewarding. I can’t think of anything else I’d rather be doing than helping people. Our office is always buzzing with fun and excitement, and I’m thankful for being able to work with some amazing ladies.
When I’m not helping our amazing patients get the care and treatment they need, I am spending time with my 2 beautiful children, Roxy and Hunter. I enjoy shopping and spending time with my family and friends. I have worked in Orthodontics for 2 years.

Orthodontic Technician
I have been in the orthodontic field for over five years now, and I also have experience in general dentistry. One thing I love about working in dentistry is the patient interaction. I am a people’s person, so I make an effort to get to know each of the people who walk through our doors and make them feel like they are at home. I feel blessed to work with an amazing doctor, a great staff of ladies, and the best patients in the world.
I am recently married to my wonderful husband, Steve, and we’ve recently added our first dog, Daisy, to our little family. When I’ve got some free time, I enjoy decorating, doing anything outdoors, exercising, and shopping, of course!

Orthodontic Technician
I am one of our orthodontic technicians, so I spend my time in the office assisting Dr. Korch chairside and creating appliances for our patients and taking X-rays. Korch Orthodontics is such a fun environment, and I love doing my best to make each patient feel as comfortable as possible when they are here with us. By far, my favorite part of my job is seeing how happy our patients are when their treatment is complete. I also like all the things we do for our patients here, such as contests, Korch Cash, and the other things that make our patients enjoy coming to see us.
When I’m not in the office, I love riding my horse, Destiny, and playing with my cat, Chubbs. I also enjoy working out and being outside.

Financial Coordinator
As our financial coordinator, it is my responsibility to make sure I am helping each of our patients receive their orthodontic treatment within their budget. Paying for orthodontic treatment isn’t an easy thing to do, so I enjoy the challenge it brings, and I love the feeling I get when I see our patients relieved knowing that the care they need is financially possible. Everyone here is absolutely committed to providing each of our patients the best orthodontic experience we can, and I love being a part of that.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy being out and about with my friends and family. My husband Joe and I have been married for 41 years. We have a son, Jon, who is a photographer living in Philadelphia.

Appointment Coordinator
Since I work at the front desk, I am one of the first people our patients see when they come into the office. So, I always give our patients a warm greeting and a smile and help them feel at ease while they are with us. A lot of our patients are teenagers or children, so it is difficult for their parents to schedule appointments to fit in their busy schedules. I love being able to help parents find times for our patients that make coming to the orthodontist fun rather than an inconvenience. But, my favorite part of my job is definitely seeing all the amazing and gorgeous smiles that Dr. Korch creates.
At home, I have a daughter named Lenaya and a son named Tony, and they are the light of my life. I love spending any free time that I have with my wonderful family.
Chrystal
Appointment Coordinator
At our practice, I help out by answering phones, scheduling appointments for patients, and assisting Dr. Korch with administrative work. I love getting to know all of the people who come into our office and helping them receive the best orthodontic care possible. Dr. Korch is an amazing doctor to work for because she has such a great passion for orthodontics and it shows! It is inspiring for me to see her and the rest of the staff take such great care to give our patients the best orthodontic experience possible, and it constantly drives me to be better at what I do for our patients.
My husband, Andrew, and I have a furry, four-legged kid at home named Nikki. When I have some free time, I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, baking, doing yoga, and of course spending time with my husband and our dog.

Treatment Coordinator
I have been a treatment coordinator with Korch Orthodontics since July of 2005. With my job, I get to sit down with patients and explain to them their options for treatment and their courses of action towards achieving a healthy and beautiful smile. I love answering our patients’ questions so that they do not feel nervous about their treatment. I do my best to make sure they are excited to begin working with us. The amount of trust our patients place in our hands is humbling and something I do not take for granted. When those braces come off, it is just as exciting for all of us here as it is for the patient who is done with treatment.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love music and going to concerts, and cheering on my favorite sports teams, the New Orleans Saints and the Boston Red Sox.
Lisa
Office Manager/Clinical Coordinator
My main responsibilities here are to make sure our office runs as smoothly as possible for our doctor and staff. I also answer any questions our patients may have so that they are able to receive the best experience each time they come to visit us. I have been in the dental profession for over 30 years, and my time here at Korch Orthodontics has been great. Everyone at our practice treats our patients like family, and we all love it so much when they are able to have their braces removed – their new smiles light up the room!
My husband, Danny, and I have two beautiful daughters, Abby and Chloee. We also have two little dogs named Evie and Sofee. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, spending time outdoors, and being an avid Steelers and Penn State football fan.
